Mohammed Osama
Biomedical Engineer · Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt
Mohammed Osama is a results-driven Biomedical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in medical physics, dosimetry, and healthcare technology. Beginning his career as a Field Engineer in 2005, he progressed through service management, institutional leadership, and international business — culminating in founding ON Medical Company in 2014 and being appointed Managing Director of PTW Africa in 2023.
He served as Supervisor Biomedical Engineer at Children Cancer Hospital (2020–2023), where he led the biomedical engineering team and managed Egypt's CyberKnife & Proton Therapy projects. He has personally commissioned over 40 linear accelerators and is a recognized expert in PTW dosimetry systems.
His academic contributions include two peer-reviewed publications in radiotherapy quality assurance and dosimetry, and he holds a Radioactive Source User License from Egypt's Atomic Energy Authority.
